In advance of purchasing a Quooker, what are the installation requirements?

Quookers can be fitted into new kitchens and also retrofitted into existing ones. To install a Quooker, all that is required is space for the tank ….

Where can I consumables and parts?

You can order parts directly from our service department or via our webshop. When you contact us, please provide the serial number of your Quooker located on the side of the tank near the top.

Can I install a Quooker myself?

The Quooker is supplied with installation materials and a clear installation guide. Follow this carefully for instructions on how to correctly install your Quooker.

The Quooker comes with a standard two-year warranty. Register your Quooker to benefit from this warranty, but also to let us help you more efficiently.

How to return empty CO2 cylinders

Do you want to return an empty cylinder or are you not satisfied with your service item or accessory? Or have you received a wrong product? Our products can be returned easily and free of charge.
