Hibiscus cinnamon tea with sparkling water & orange
What do you need?
20 g hibiscus tea
1 cinnamon stick
honey or, if preferred, maple syrup
½ orange in slices or wedges
ice cubes (if desired)
Use 125 ml of boiling water and the hibiscus tea to make a very strong tea. Add the cinnamon stick and leave the tea to cool and steep for approx 20 min. If desired, sweeten with honey to taste to make lemonade.
Pour into a pot with the orange and add approx
750 ml sparkling water and ice cubes.
