After you create an account via My Quooker, you can quickly register your Quooker system. Make sure you have the serial number of your Quooker system ready. You will find the serial number in the enclosed documentation and on the label on the side of the reservoir.

Our system may already have registered your email address, the password doesn’t match or you haven’t confirmed your account. 
Click on 'Forgot password' if your email address is already known in our system. In a moment you will receive an email with a link to reset your password.

Once you are logged into My Quooker account, you have access to all your data and can change it at any time. For example, update address if you have moved.
