What can I do with the empty CO₂ cylinders?

The CO₂ cylinders are the property of Quooker with a view to sustainability and cost savings for the customer, empty cylinders will be reused. The used empty CO₂ cylinders should be returned.

Within how many days will my webshop order be delivered?

As standard, your order will be delivered within 2-4 working days to the (residential) address you provide. Delivery time may increase in peak season. A Quooker Service Agent will contact to schedule the delivery/pick up.

Ik heb een SWAP-reservoir besteld, wat kan ik doen met mijn huidige reservoir?

Wanneer je een SWAP-reservoir hebt besteld zorg er dan voor dat jouw oude reservoir binnen 25 dagen wordt geretourneerd. Als wij de retourzending niet binnen deze termijn hebben ontvangen, zal de prijs van het nieuwe Swap-reservoir alsnog in rekening worden gebracht.
